Descripción del puesto: KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Handles various incoming and outgoing collections-focused phone calls. 2. Resolves customer questions, complaints and collections inquiries in a professional, helpful manner. 3. Connects with existing and potential customers and aims to resolve inquiries. 4. Utilizes computer system to verify and document customer requests. 5. Talks to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns. 6. Maintains and updates customer information as necessary. 7. Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues. 8. Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate. WE REQUIRE 1. Previous experience. 2. 90% of English skills (written and spoken). 3. You must have your own internet. 4.
